AUTOMOBILE BROKER CONSIDERATION DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

Car Link Auto Group is a licensed and bonded New York State automobile broker (Facility #7134113). It is not a licensed new motor vehicle dealer as defined in Section four hundred and fifteen of the New York Vehicle and Traffic Law, nor a motor vehicle franchisor, manufacturer, or distributor as defined in Section Four hundred and sixty two of the New York Vehicle and Traffic Law, and it does not perform vehicle repairs or provide warranty services. In connection with arranging a vehicle lease, finance or purchase, Car Link Auto Group may receive fees, commissions, or other compensation from the consumer, dealer, lessor, or another third party. Such compensation, including automobile broker fees for services rendered, will not exceed ten percent of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price, and details of all compensation will be disclosed to the consumer upon request.
